Kimberly Evridge

Kimberly joined aafusion in 2010, she has been in the hair industry for over 10 years, she is Pureology certified and has taken extensive coloring and cutting classes over the years. Kimberly feels fortunate to have chosen such a rewarding career. Her passion is to be able to design looks for individuals that are desired while gaining a valued relationship for years to come. She offers honest advice and friendly insight to achieve and maintain the look that fits you best. Whether it be a color and haircut to uplift, a special style to add confidence, or a manicure and pedicure to relax and indulge, she looks forward to providing this to each and every guest. 

Davyvann Chum

Davy joined aafusion in 2007. She is a 2003 graduate of The Aveda Institute. Davy received advanced training from Aveda in 2005 for coloring, and in 2006 for updo training. She was involved in many Aveda events including the Aveda congress show in 2002 doing make-up and updos, the Master Jam in 2003, May and November career fairs 2002 and the Organic Style magazine 2002. In 2008 she attended advanced updo training at L’oreal in New York. Davy also has advanced color theory training from Wella. Davy recently attended training in New York City where she became a Ouidad certified stylist (specialty cutting for curly hair). She is excited to be able to provide this exclusive service. Davy enjoys coloring, cutting, razor cuts, updos and permanent hair straightening, she continues to attend many classes and hair shows to keep current with trends and techniques.

Heather Morrison

Heather has been with aafusion since we opened our doors in November of 2006. Prior to that she worked for Cole's Salon for 13 years. In addition to serving her clients, Heather has been involved in advanced training in both the giving and receiving end. For advanced training, Heather visited New York's Bumble and Bumble Salon several times and the Rodney Cutler Salon, where she had extensive training in haircoloring, razor cutting and women’s hairstyling.  During her time at Cole's, Heather was a haircutting trainer, where she trained the new staff on theory and techniques. Working side by side and helping others grow and reach their goals was a helpful learning tool as well. Heather uses her past experiences and knowledge to bring her where she is today. Her focus on each individual and their personal style needs is a strong attribute of Heathers. She works with everyone to help them achieve the image that makes them look and feel great! Sopheak Jelinek

Sopheak is a 2003 graduate of Scott Lewis, she received advanced training in Orlando in 2003 and worked for Regis Salon. Sopheak has taken advanced training in Wella Color, along with various classes in cutting, styling, long, short and curly hair. She enjoys attending educational classes along with hair shows to learn new ideas and techniques.

Annie Anderson

Annie has been wowing clients in the hair industry since 2000. This includes advanced training in razor cutting, hair design, coloring, advanced cutting techniques, newest trends, facial shapes, and training with Bumble & Bumble in New York City. Annie is very excited about the newest service she is able to provide for her clients "The Brazilian Blowout" as a certified Brazilian Blowout stylist she is eager to introduce the most innovative and effective smoothing treatment in the world. She has also trained stylists in cutting and coloring, and has led groups in how to set professional goals and best serve your clients. She enjoys the art of hair, fashion and trends, but mostly loves taking care of her clients!

Stephanie Ableidinger

Stephanie has been taking care of her clients since 2000. She enjoys staying up to date with style and new hair trends, while she prides herself with her cutting and coloring expertise. In addition, she has creative ideas with formal styles for special occasions, her bridal updos have been featured in The Knot and Minnesota Bride Magazine. Her advanced training includes hair cutting by Bumble & Bumble in New York City, advanced color in Chicago, specialized training at Juut Salon Spa and she is also certified in The Brazilian Blow Out. Stephanie thrives on seeing her clients feel and look their best when they leave her chair!

Katie Roy

Katie joined the aafusion team in 2010. A 2004 graduate of the Aveda Institute, she worked at the Sanctuary Salon and Spa for 5 yrs. Katie has done much advanced training in cutting and coloring through Aveda, and has also attended Master Jam and Chicago Hair Shows. In 2006 she did hair for a featured article in the Fall/Winter 2006 Minnesota Bride Magazine. Katie is available for a variety of services including Dream Catchers Hair Extensions.

Britta Swanson

Britta joined the aafusion team in 2010. She has been in the industry for 9 years. Britta did her training with Toni & Guy in Colorado and also with Aveda. She has a passion for coloring and cutting and has specialized in coloring for the last three years.Britta frequently attends advanced training classes and hair shows to keep up with current trends.

Nelle Vollmar

Nelle joined the aafusion team in 2010. She grew up in New Prague Mn. and graduated from Horst International in 1985. Over the 25 years that Nelle has been in the industry she has worked for Regis, Elizabeth Arden in Edina and Groove Salon in Greenville, South Carolina. Nelle takes pride in educating her clients on how to style their hair as well as helping them to choose the products that will help them create the same look at home. She enjoys using her skills and creativity to make people look and feel beautiful!

Lisa Endrizzi

Lisa joined aafusion in 2008, a graduate of Scott Lewis School of Cosmetology in 1993, She has been in the beauty industry for the past 16 years. She worked at Spectrums Salon Spa for 13 years and at Shear Madness for 2 years. She has attended advanced training with American Crew, L’oreal Professionnel and Scruples. Lisa specializes in makeovers including cut and color techniques to compliment any style. She enjoys razor cutting, blow dry styling, and teaching her clients how to work with and style their specific hair type.

Ming Chu

Ming, owner of aafusion, enjoys over 25 years of service within the beauty industry. An inspired stylist with a strong foundation in haircutting, he creates personalized cuts highlighting the unique shape and texture of each person's hair. As a master colorist, Ming blends his advanced technical work and intuition to produce flawless color complimenting his client's inner beauty. Knowing that curly hair has specific needs, he commited to the process and training of becoming one of the few Ouidad certified stylists and certified salons in the state to specialize in curly hair - with trademarked cutting and styling techniques and specific product formations. Dedicated to innovation and modern styles, he seeks out leading edge trainings on an on going basis. Ming is a graduate of Horst Institute and some of his advanced trainings include Clairol Professional, Logics, Wella, and Schwarzkoff.

Heidi Nephew

Heidi comes to aafusion with 13 years of experience in the industry. The last seven years of her career were spent at The Sanctuary in Eden Prairie.  A graduate of the Aveda Institute she has also attended Color Magic for advanced  hair coloring techniques, as well as multiple advanced cutting, and styling classes. She is also certified in The Brazilian Blowout. Heidi is passionate about staying up to date with the current trends so that she is able to provide a fashion forward look for her clients.

Erica Palmer

Erica joined the aafusion team in 2011. She graduated from the Aveda institute in 2004. Erica spent the first 7 years of her career at an upscale salon where she received intense training in all aspects of the industry. She realized that this experience not only fueled her passion for hair but brought along something very special “Client relationships”She has attended numerous advanced haircut training classes from Bumble and Bumble University in New York to the stylish cutting techniques of Oribe. She is also a Certified Brazilian Blowout Stylist.  Erica shares her passion for the industry by training new staff in women’s haircutting.  From the excitement of short razor cuts to the fashion trends of the season, she is committed to serving her clients and giving them her very best!

Ricardo Lugo

 Ricardo has been with aafusion since our doors opened in 2006. He is a master stylist with over 25 years experience. He loves to make his clients look naturally beautiful, his clients include men as well as women, teenagers also enjoy his “cool cuts”. Ricardo also loves specialty styling including brides and bridal parties, one of his updos was at one time featured on Kare 11.

Heather Douglas

Heather received her nail technician certificate from the Minnesota School of Beauty in 2005. She comes to aafusion with 4+ years of experience in the nail industry. Heather specializes in natural nail services only. She invites aafusion guests to come in and experience her "rockin pedicure".

Karen West

Karen joined aafusion in 2008, she is a graduate of The Aveda Institute in Massage Therapy. Karen has a wide range of experience including sports massage, deep tissue, therapeutic, hot stone, Swedish, mother to be, geriatric, and foot reflexology. Hot stones and towels are used during all of Karen’s massages to help relax the client and their muscles. Karen’s Mission….. “To help each client feel physically and emotionally more connected to themselves when she has concluded their service.”

Jennifer Snow

Jen joined the aafusion team in 2012. She was born in Burnsville and although she grew up in Utah she always dreamt of coming back to Minnesota to pursue a career in massage therapy. Jen graduated from the Aveda Institute in 2010 as a certified Massage Therapist and freelance make up artist. She has been trained in all aspects of massage with emphasis in deep tissue and true relaxation of the mind and soul. Forming a strong connection with each and every person she meets is a priority for Jen. Guests will find that she is very fun, easy to talk to and has a great passion for the industry. Dan Hanson

 Dan joined the aafusion team in 2012. Born and raised in Minnesota Dan loves everything this great state has to offer except snow. He is a 2011 graduate of the Aveda Institute as a Certified Massage Therapist. Dan has always had a passion for helping people through Massage Therapy, he feels that not only can he help them but he can be an integral part in their healthy lifestyle. Dan looks forward to starting his rewarding career and can't think of a better place to do it then at aafusion.

Ashleigh Marchan

Ashleigh is a 2005 graduate of the Aveda Institute in Mpls. She has recently completed training through the Natural Care Center (Woodwinds Health Care Campus) in holistic body and health care including the use of essential oils and aromatherapy. Ashleigh's goal is to ensure her clients are comfortable while receiving relaxing and results driven facials and body treatments.

Gretchen Johnson

Gretchen is a 2010 graduate of the Aveda Institute in Mpls. She has taken extensive training classes at The International Dermal Institute as well as Glo Therapeutics. Gretchen takes pride in the knowledge that she has gained in the skin care and make up field. She has worked in the make up industry since 2009 and  specializes in bridal and photography make up, previously doing free lance work for MAC and Aveda. She has now chosen to work specifically with Glo Cosmetics. Gretchen is passionate about educating her clients on skin care, make up trends and fashion.

Janet Hoff

Janet joined aafusion in 2009, she has been in the beauty industry for 26 years. A 1984 graduate of The Aveda Institute (formerly known as Horst), Janet was on the MCA Board of Esthetics for 5 years with skin care and trend make-up. In the course of her career Janet has taken several advanced training classes in Skin Care, Body Treatments, Make-up and waxing.

Anna Botz

Anna has been working in the esthetics field since 1999 and has a depth of knowledge and experience. While working as a salon coordinator in the early 1990s, she went back to school to further her education and earned her business and management degree from Cardinal Stritch University. During her two-year program she attended many classes in the esthetics field and gained valuable hands-on experience while working at South Valley Laser as a laser technician for advance skin services.

For many years, Anna has had a strong interest in the health, beauty and esthetics industry, and with the widespread concern about skin cancer, scarring, hyperpigmentation, aging skin and acne, she recognized that the esthetics field was her opportunity to take her passion to the next level. She studied advance skin procedures with Image Skincare and GlyMed Plus and earned her esthetician certification while working with these distributors in advance skin care. Anna fully recognizes the vital role that appearance plays for people and finds it rewarding when she can make a difference on a client's skin. If her clients feel better about the way they look, she feels that she has accomplished what is most important to her in this industry. Also, she not only educates her clients on good skincare, but she wants them to leave with the confidence and knowledge that they can care for their skin at home..

Heather Douglas

Heather is excited about expanding her career here at aafusion, she is now offering permanent make up as one of her services. She has had 5 previous years of experience doing make up, and has now completed her state certification as the guidelines have recently changed in Minnesota. Heather has also expanded her knowledge of the industry by apprenticing under a tattoo artist in Rochester. She enjoys helping women maintain a carefree well groomed appearance 24 hours a day.
